- Perform operational activities of the restaurant: prepare and assemble orders; customer service; and ensure the environment and equipment are always clean.
- Serve customers, generate orders, accept payments, including in Drive‑Tudo.
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, McFritas, drinks, desserts including the signature casquinha.
- Operate equipment and maintain quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, chairs, tables and restaurant surroundings according to manuals.
- Participate in training, integration, communication meetings, webinars, participation sessions and technical courses.
