Requisitos

Habilidades

  • Experience in Java/Kotlin back-end development, building REST APIs, and service architecture using Maven/Gradle
  • Proficiency in JPA/Hibernate
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, EKS, S3, SQS, SNS, IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, and Parameter Store
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases and performance/reliability engineering practices
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, version control best practices, and monitoring/logging
  • Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog APM, Logs, RUM, custom dashboards, and distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry
  • Testing experience with JUnit 5, Testcontainers, Mockito, Pact, and WireMock
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, SNS/SQS, idempotence, dead letter queues, and event ordering
  • Experience using GitHub
  • Knowledge of hexagonal/clean architecture applied to Spring microservices
  • Experience with AI integration in development
  • AWS certification (including badges/trilhas de IA) (preferred)
  • Experience with event-based architecture and legacy modernization (preferred)

Responsabilidades

  • Design, develop, and evolve back-end services and APIs with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and reliability
  • Define architecture for microservices, integrations, APIs, and messaging/event patterns when applicable
  • Ensure quality through standards, code reviews, and unit, integration, and functional tests
  • Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, production deployments, and observability/SRE improvements
  • Participate in modernization and system migration initiatives to support product evolution
  • Leverage AI to accelerate engineering, improve test generation/validation, support troubleshooting, and automate tasks
