Internship within FairJourney Biologics’ Cell Development Unit (CDU) supporting the development of cell lines for therapeutic antibody and protein production in mammalian cells. Responsibilities include assisting with cell line development using established methodologies under GLP compliance and contributing to team operations in an international environment.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/MSc in Biology

Experience

  • Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and transient/stable transfection
  • Hands-on experience in protein/antibody production or purification

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Dynamic worker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of the English language

Languages

  • English (good command, written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Cell Development Unit in developing cell lines for producing therapeutic antibodies and other proteins in mammalian cells, using well-established methodologies under GLP compliance.
