The Software Engineer – Internal Tools role involves owning and improving the unified research platform, Toolbox, to support model training orchestration, evaluations, benchmarking, and experiment management. Candidates will design, build, and ship scalable, performant systems for researchers and engineers, bringing strong product sense, prioritization, communication, and technical excellence across at least one area of expertise.
