We’re a fast-growing IT team based in Perth, looking for a tech‑savvy individual to support desktops, servers, and cloud environments. The role involves remote and onsite support, installing and configuring equipment, and delivering customer service.

Salary

AUD 80,000 - 90,000/year

Requirements

Education

  • Advanced Diploma in IT
  • Bachelor in IT

Experience

  • Relevant hands‑on experience in IT support

Skills

  • Supporting desktops, servers, M365 environments
  • Supporting Azure AD, Entra, Intune, Hyper‑V
  • Networking experience with Fortinet and Ubiquiti
  • Initiative and learning on the fly
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Time management

Languages

  • English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and provide remote support to our customers
  • Provide onsite support to clients across various industries
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers and networking equipment
