Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering leadership team
  • Focus on a subset of strategic engineering themes aligned with current organizational priorities
  • Map the context, identify key problems, and engage relevant stakeholders
  • Develop clear, well-documented solutions aligned with the strategic engineering vision and company goals
  • Lead iterations and drive the implementation of solutions, either directly or in partnership with responsible teams
