Requirements

Experience

Proven experience in technical leadership, engineering process management, and/or continuous improvement within technology organizations.
Strong knowledge of software development best practices, quality assurance, and technical governance.
Experience with technical performance metrics and methodologies for impact measurement.
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, balancing long-term vision with practical execution.
Skilled in articulating, documenting, and refining solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
