Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

Experience

  • Senior-level experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or marketing operations
  • Experience in B2B marketing/analytics

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate US Growth: Accelerates growth in the US by providing granular, market-specific insights, enabling the US marketing team to make smarter, faster decisions, improving campaign performance, lead generation, and revenue contribution. You will serve as the dedicated data partner for the US revenue marketing team, uncovering deep, localized insights from granular data to drive targeted initiatives and inform strategic decisions for this key market. The role is responsible for navigating the pressures of the US market and handling multiple stakeholders, including marketing, sales operations, and sales.
  • Drive Global Strategy: The role drives global strategy by analyzing macro-level trends and performance benchmarks that will directly inform and optimize our global marketing strategy, leading to more efficient spending and a stronger market position.
  • Data & Reporting: You will collect and analyze data from various sources (data lake, HubSpot, Salesforce, Web Analytics, Paid Media, etc.) to produce analyses for both global and US needs. You will ensure the accurate tracking of key marketing KPIs (Traffic, MQLs, Conversion Rates, etc.) and translate complex data into compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders.
