We are responsible for developing safety concepts at the vehicle architecture level and confirming the achievement of safety goals. Responsibilities include applying functional safety/SOTIF to achieve safety at the vehicle architecture level, deriving safety requirements through systematic safety analysis, and performing safety validation. Tasks involve development of functional safety at the vehicle architecture level, conducting safety analysis (FTA) and deriving safety requirements, deriving test specifications and conducting safety validation, and developing safety cases. SOTIF development includes deriving SOTIF measures, defining verification & validation strategy, and validating achievement of SOTIF at the vehicle architecture level. Project management duties cover safety management of vehicle development projects, performing the role of safety manager, intervening and applying required specifications for cooperative control, and establishing development processes for AI safety. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Computer/SW Engineering, at least 1 year of functional safety or SOTIF development experience, experience managing requirements with issue/change management tools such as JIRA, proficiency in English, and a certificate of functional safety expert. Preferred qualifications include experience developing electric vehicle power or network, and the ability to use FTA tool (Reliability Work Bench) or Data Analysis/Science.
