WeWork is looking for a Manager, Broker Partnerships, who will be responsible for leading broker‑led sales, business development, and strategic marketing initiatives in Brazil. This full‑time position will be based in São Paulo and is part of the Sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales Brazil. The role focuses on developing and strengthening relationships within the real estate brokerage community, presenting WeWork’s unique value proposition and product offerings, generating new top‑of‑funnel business opportunities, and collaborating on various broker‑focused external initiatives with the ultimate goal of driving transaction volume and revenue.

Requirements

Experience

  • Experience within the commercial real estate industry, ideally in a transaction management or deal‑supporting capacity.
  • Proven ability to effectively prospect and manage a sales cycle.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations, short‑ and long‑term initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an outreach strategy for targeted real estate brokerage firms.
  • Build and strengthen a network of local office brokers, becoming WeWork’s key point of contact in Brazil.
  • Develop in‑depth expertise on WeWork’s assets and strategy in the Brazilian market.
  • Master WeWork’s product offerings and value propositions and actively market them to the brokerage community.
  • Drive top‑of‑funnel sales opportunities through broker partnerships and accurately track all related activities within our CRM system.
  • Ensure all potential leads are qualified and handed off to the appropriate cross‑functional WeWork Sales partner.
  • Organize and conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings, including educational presentations, broker engagement events, building tours, and other initiatives to promote WeWork’s product offerings and services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on transaction management for large broker‑led deals, where real estate expertise, negotiation skills, and teamwork are crucial.
  • Support new building launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Assist with sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives through the brokerage channel.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed, including insights on market trends and ongoing or future opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of broker and partner satisfaction.
