- 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer
- deep knowledge in B2B and B2C Commerce
- experience in pre-selling or selling enterprise SaaS solutions (preferably in the commerce landscape) and technical knowledge for platform and integration models via API
- fluent in English
- fluency in French, Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
- experience in developing working relationships across all levels of management, internally and externally
- ability to work multi-functionally with colleagues and managers, internally and externally
