VTEX is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for a temporary 7‑month role that will drive go‑to‑market strategy across its platform portfolio. The manager will own positioning and messaging, lead GTM planning and product launches, define ICP and market intelligence, drive adoption and acquisition, create sales collateral, and communicate product releases, all within a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.

Skills

  • Strong experience in product marketing with a strong track record in enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Track record of independently building and owning PMM programs from zero
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and messaging from scratch
  • Deep grasp of positioning and messaging as a craft
  • Copywriting instincts: knows what makes a headline land, a CTA convert, and a one-pager worth reading
  • Strong structured thinking: able to take ambiguous problems, define a clear approach, and deliver without constant direction
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders and operating in cross‑functional, fast‑moving environments
  • AI‑native: actively uses AI tools to increase the quality and speed of work
  • Excellent written communication in English and Portuguese
  • Data‑driven: uses insights to define strategy, challenge assumptions, and prioritize ruthlessly
  • Digital commerce experience preferred
  • Familiarity with conversational commerce or customer engagement platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging; build and maintain the positioning source of truth across VTEX's platform portfolio
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy and product launches; own end‑to‑end GTM planning, align phased roadmaps with product teams, execute launches, and enable regional marketing, sales, and growth teams globally
  • Define the ICP and drive market intelligence; establish and refine the Ideal Customer Profile and conduct competitive and market analysis to sharpen product differentiation and use data to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive adoption and acquisition; develop programs that move prospects through the funnel and accelerate adoption among existing VTEX merchants, manage key stakeholders to equip them to position VTEX's solutions effectively
  • Create sales collateral and enablement materials; produce content such as sales playbooks, pitch narratives, one‑pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, and website copy to help shorten sales cycles
  • Communicate product releases; translate product updates and releases into clear, timely communications for internal teams and external audiences, maintaining a consistent release rhythm
