Responsibilities

  • Build and own products and tools (console, SDKs, documentation, observability) that empower developers to use Claude
  • Collaborate with engineering managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers to translate model capabilities into end-to-end experiences
  • Ensure technical quality across the stack, focusing on performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience
  • Scale platform efforts to millions of global users
  • Develop access programs, tooling, and product work for beneficial deployments in nonprofits, schools, healthcare, and research
  • Build vertical AI products for industries such as financial services, life sciences, and healthcare
  • Design enterprise AI products, enhancing extensibility, contextual knowledge, and proactive workflows
  • Lead public sector initiatives, delivering Claude to U.S. federal and state governments
  • Create enterprise foundations including identity, permissions, security, compliance, and admin analytics
  • Drive growth initiatives around user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
