Anthropic is looking for a Technical Specialist for its Claude Code product. The role focuses on driving adoption among enterprise customers, designing enablement programs, supporting strategic pilots, running hackathons, building demos, and representing the company at events. The candidate should have several years of customer‑facing technical experience, be proficient with Claude’s tools, and possess strong communication skills to educate and inspire engineers.

Requirements

Skills

  • 3–7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical consulting
  • Experience building and using Claude Code, the Claude Developer Platform, and Cowork as core infrastructure
  • Ability to design and deliver customer‑specific enablement programs and workshops
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, IDE integration, source control, secure coding, and agentic workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to hold a room of engineers

Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑user excitement and deep adoption of Claude Code capabilities across enterprise accounts
  • Design and deliver workshops, labs, and role‑based curricula for engineering, data, platform, security, and knowledge‑worker audiences
  • Support strategic pilots with pre‑sales technical enablement and carry pilot context into post‑sale engagement
  • Run on‑site and virtual hackathons and builder events, creating lasting momentum and product‑ready prototypes
  • Build production‑quality demos, reference architectures, and code samples on the Claude Developer Platform, Claude Code, and Cowork
  • Create technical content such as tutorials, blog posts, recorded walkthroughs, and internal cookbooks
  • Deliver keynotes, technical talks, and live‑coded demos at customer all‑hands, internal AI summits, and Anthropic‑hosted events
  • Represent Anthropic within customer engineering communities and the broader developer ecosystem
  • Collaborate across GTM teams and product to feed field insights back to engineering
