At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Data Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming and multicultural environment.

Position overview:

As a Mid-Level Data Developer, you will implement and maintain scalable data solutions that drive business value for our global clients. Working with modern data stacks in cloud environments, you'll develop data pipelines, ensure data quality, and support data governance practices. Your technical skills will be valuable in transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

Experience

Experience working with international clients
Strong coding experience with Python
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT
Proven background in data engineering with modern data stacks
Experience in Azure cloud environments using SQL and/or Spark (with Apache Airflow and Dataforms)
Knowledge of data quality practices and implementation methods
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes
Expertise in dimensional data modeling
Experience implementing and working with Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions
Understanding of Data Governance principles

Skills

Advanced English communication skills
Strong coding experience with Python
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to process large volumes of data efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability
Implement data quality measures throughout the data lifecycle
Work with dimensional data models to support analytical needs
Support and maintain Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions for our clients
Apply data governance practices including cataloging and lineage tracking
Work with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes
