Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the future of checkout at VTEX, identifying key investments and areas for innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features that improve checkout efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Influence internal teams, including our main platform FastStore.
  • Lead the adoption strategy for the new FastCheckout, including migration of existing customers from legacy solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, balancing short‑term impact with long‑term strategic growth.
  • Partner with Growth and Commercial teams to align go‑to‑market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Use data‑driven decision‑making to optimize checkout performance and enhance the user experience.
