Software Engineer II, Backend - Core Services na Uber

Core Services Engineering develops and manages the commerce platform that power all Uber apps. Operating across 70+ countries and processing millions of transactions per second, the team works to meet the evolving needs of Uber's current and future business. As a Software Engineer on the Engineering team in Brazil, you will be an member of Uber's development center in LATAM, developing products across Uber and all around the World. Design and develop scalable backend systems. Build large scale systems working worldwide. Work closely with multiple stakeholders to enable experiences globally. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field and/or +3-year total technical software engineering experience. Programming language (e.g. C, C++, Java, Python, or Go). Advanced English language skills to work with other engineers and stakeholders from different regions around the world. Product engineering, Scalability engineering, Distributed systems. Hybrid position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
