We’re looking for an Art Director to help shape how Claude shows up in brand campaigns. The role is hands‑on, working closely with brand and marketing teams to concept, direct, and execute integrated campaigns across digital, video, and print. You will manage both in‑house and agency‑partnered projects, ensuring creative continuity and brand consistency while driving strategic storytelling and brand building for Claude.

Skills

  • 12+ years of experience with a portfolio rooted in campaign work
  • Portfolio showing concept development, art direction, and execution across multiple channels and formats
  • Experience working both sides of the agency relationship
  • Experience directing photo and video shoots and working closely with photographers, illustrators, and production teams
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
  • Experience building consumer‑facing or product brand campaigns
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple campaigns and workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Concept and art direct integrated campaigns for Claude from initial brief through final production across digital, video, and print
  • Direct photo and video shoots, working with directors, photographers, illustrators, animators, and production partners to bring campaigns to life
  • Flex between executing work in-house and directing it through agency partners, acting as the creative lead in the room
  • Develop campaign visual systems with repeatable creative frameworks that give a campaign range while keeping it recognizably ours
  • Shape Claude’s brand storytelling, finding compelling ways to turn product capabilities and user experiences into narratives people actually want to engage with
  • Serve as a creative partner to the brand and product marketing teams, bringing audience insight and brand strategy to life through bold creative concepts and sharp visual direction
  • Ensure brand consistency and raise the bar for quality across all Claude touchpoints
