- Strong background in Software Engineering and Platform/Infrastructure engineering
- Seasoned Engineering Manager with track record managing people and delivering complex technical projects
- Hands‑on experience with massive scale across relational (PostgreSQL, Aurora), NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis), search (OpenSearch, Solr) and object storage systems

- Guarantee high availability, performance, and resilience across all data layers in a large‑scale, high‑volume environment
- Identify operational bottlenecks and create a backlog focused on replacing manual requests with automated, self‑service solutions
