As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you will be part of the foundational team driving the adoption of our cutting‑edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions across manufacturing organisations in the EMEA region. You will lead the full sales cycle, from outbound outreach to closing strategic deals, while collaborating with GTM, Product, and Marketing teams to refine the value proposition and sales methodology. Your role involves navigating complex manufacturing stakeholder ecosystems, identifying new use cases, and providing product roadmap feedback to strengthen Anthropic’s market positioning.

Requirements

Skills

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles within manufacturing organisations and securing strategic deals
  • Ability to navigate manufacturing organisational structures and procurement processes
  • Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within manufacturing procurement frameworks and policies
  • Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various manufacturing audiences
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing buying cycles, decision‑making processes, and key pain points
  • Strategic, analytical approach to assessing the manufacturing market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
  • Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Responsibilities

  • Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the manufacturing sector
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to manufacturing procurement cycles and budgeting processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas
  • Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within production teams, engineering departments, and operations centres
  • Navigate complex manufacturing stakeholder ecosystems to build consensus
  • Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying manufacturing market needs
  • Continuously refine the manufacturing sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices
