- Experience in strategic partnerships, cloud partnerships, or enterprise sales in the enterprise technology sector
- Direct experience partnering or working within a hyperscaler such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Proven ability to create cloud partnerships from scratch, implementing initiatives without a large local team or existing manual
- Knowledge of the enterprise landscape and cloud ecosystem in Southern Europe
- Experience managing pipeline and revenue targets with a strong understanding of partner and client economics
- Comfortable working in uncertain environments with a strong orientation toward action and execution
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology with a significant focus on SaaS sales and partnerships
- Strong knowledge of AWS (preferred over Google Cloud or Azure)

- Experience working with developer‑oriented companies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Datadog and their cloud partnerships
- Exposure to AI/ML or large language models in a commercial or personal capacity
- Early‑career experience in management consulting
- Proficiency in English and French; Italian or Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the AWS co‑sell and GTM motion across Southern Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain trusted executive and field‑level relationships across AWS partner and sales organizations in the region
- Develop and execute joint business plans, co‑selling strategies, and enablement programs tailored to the Southern EMEA markets
- Develop the pipeline of opportunities, accelerate revenue via AWS, forecast and meet regional targets
- Collaborate closely with Anthropic commercial, marketing, product, and partnership teams to align regional execution with global strategy
- Design and organize client engagements, marketing moments, and joint commercial activities to accelerate Anthropic adoption on AWS
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to product and GTM teams
- Run regional activity reviews with AWS regional leadership and internal stakeholders
