Anthropic is hiring an AWS Partnerships Lead to own and scale our AWS co‑sell motion across Southern Europe. This high‑impact, zero‑to‑one role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has deep cloud partnership DNA, and wants to commercialize frontier AI safely and responsibly. The successful candidate will be the face of Anthropic to AWS field teams across France, Italy, Spain and neighboring markets, driving joint pipeline, co‑selling into enterprise customers, and shaping how frontier AI technology reaches the market through one of our most strategic partnerships.

Habilidades
- Experience in strategic partnerships, cloud partnerships or B2B enterprise sales
- Direct partnership experience or work within an hyperscaler such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Proven ability to build cloud partnerships from scratch with limited local support

- Experience managing pipeline and revenue targets with strong understanding of partner economics

- Own the AWS co‑sell and GTM motion across Southern Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain trusted executive and field‑level relationships across AWS partner and sales organizations in the region
- Develop and execute joint business plans, co‑selling strategies, and enablement programs tailored to Southern Europe
- Develop and accelerate the joint pipeline, forecast and meet regional revenue objectives
- Collaborate closely with Anthropic’s commercial, marketing, and product partners to align regional execution with global strategy
- Design and organize client engagements, marketing events and joint sales activities to accelerate adoption of Anthropic on AWS
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to product and GTM teams to guide positioning
- Facilitate regional performance reviews with AWS regional leadership and internal stakeholders
