Requisitos

Responsabilidades

• Define the technical strategy and architecture of distributed systems at scale, ensuring scalability, resilience, security and performance.
• Lead the design and implementation of services and platforms in Golang, focusing on code quality, testability and maintainability.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka (topics, partitioning, schema registry, exactly-once/at-least-once semantics).
• Define AWS service usage patterns (compute, containers, networking, storage, observability), including cost, security and multi-AZ/multi-region resilience strategies.
• Evolve the internal engineering platform with Kubernetes, Crossplane and Argo (CD/Workflows), promoting self-service, automation of infrastructure provisioning and golden paths for development teams.
• Leverage generative AI and coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) within the engineering platform to enhance adoption, automate development workflows and boost engineering productivity.
• Serve as a technical reference across multiple squads, conducting design reviews, RFCs and ADRs.
• Provide technical mentorship to senior and staff engineers, raising the team's technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, SRE/Infra, Security and other Technology areas to align technical roadmaps with business needs.
• Investigate and resolve complex performance, reliability and scalability issues in production (advanced troubleshooting).
• Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD, observability, automated testing, application security and quality culture.
