- comfortable operating with ambiguity and setting priorities across competing requests
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across customer functions
- Run intake and prioritization to build highest-impact problems first
- Write clear problem statements and requirements for engineering
- Ship iteratively and gather feedback to improve post-launch
- Develop adoption roadmaps with internal teams and hold both sides accountable
- Define success metrics and report adoption and business impact
- Plan rollout, training, and support for change management
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and translate needs into product priorities
- Partner with IT, engineering, and security on access, data handling, and governance
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance on product requirements
- Communicate plans, progress, and tradeoffs clearly
- Understand how Claude, internal systems, and integrations fit together
- Partner with engineering on architecture choices
- Stay current on Claude capabilities and introduce new ones to teams
