deep product management experience, including ownership of products used by internal teams
shipped products that measurably changed how a team or function works
partnered with engineering, IT, and security teams on technical products
communicates clearly in writing and in person; can explain tradeoffs to executives and requirements to engineers
comfortable operating with ambiguity and setting priorities across competing requests

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across customer functions
Run intake and prioritization to build highest-impact problems first
Write clear problem statements and requirements for engineering
Ship iteratively and gather feedback to improve post-launch
Develop adoption roadmaps with internal teams and hold both sides accountable
Define success metrics and report adoption and business impact
Plan rollout, training, and support for change management
Build trusted relationships with leaders and translate needs into product priorities
Partner with IT, engineering, and security on access, data handling, and governance
Coordinate with Legal and Finance on product requirements
Communicate plans, progress, and tradeoffs clearly
Understand how Claude, internal systems, and integrations fit together
Partner with engineering on architecture choices
Stay current on Claude capabilities and introduce new ones to teams
