Anthropic is seeking a builder‑minded Startup Partnerships Lead to drive the adoption of Claude within the vibrant French and Southern European startup ecosystem. This 0‑to‑1 role will involve designing and executing innovative programs that enable startups to access and build with Claude across France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and beyond. The Lead will partner directly with leading French VCs, accelerators, and top startup customers to scale Anthropic’s reach and impact, build strategic partnerships, create compelling offerings, develop analytics dashboards, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and represent Anthropic at key AI events and community building initiatives. The role is based in Paris, France and requires strong French and English language skills, deep knowledge of the European startup ecosystem, and a proven track record of building from scratch and scaling programs. Requirements

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, founder/operator roles, growth, or technical GTM roles
  • Native French language proficiency and fluent English
  • Comfort building your own dashboards and analytics
  • Build with Claude and Claude Code yourself and can show what you've made
  • Deep understanding of the French and European startup ecosystem and AI/ML technology landscape
  • Built relationships with French or European VCs, worked at a VC firm, or partnered with accelerators
  • Excel at 0-to-1 programme building, comfortable building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and scaling based on data
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market programmes
  • Exceptional communication skills – outstanding writer who crafts narratives for founders, developers, and VCs
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive Net New Logo Acquisition Through Developer Enablement
  • Develop and execute Anthropic's startup GTM strategy for France and Southern Europe
  • Expand startup motion into Spain, Italy, and Portugal
  • Build strategic partnerships with leading French and Southern European funds
  • Design and launch strategic programmes with tier-1 VCs and negotiate partnership terms
  • Create compelling startup-focused offerings, credit programs, and growth initiatives with accelerators
  • Build and maintain own analytics infrastructure and dashboards
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Corporate Development
  • Design and execute targeted events including builder summits, founder salons, hackathons, and demo days
  • Champion Anthropic at flagship French and European AI events
  • Partner with French accelerators and incubators
  • Build local developer communities around Claude
  • Create enablement content, documentation, and trainings for startups
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, Events, and other cross-functional teams on integrated activation strategies
