The role involves building strategic relationships with VCs, accelerators, and startups, creating tailored offerings, developing analytics dashboards, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful market penetration.

Requirements

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, founder/operator roles, growth, or technical GTM roles
  • Deep familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a strong plus
  • SQL proficiency and comfort building your own Hex dashboards
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technology landscape and ability to speak credibly about technical products
  • Built relationships with Indian or global VCs, worked at a VC firm, or partnered with accelerators to drive portfolio engagement
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market programs
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to craft narratives for founders, developers, and VCs
  • Thrives in fast‑paced environments with bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Anthropic’s startup GTM strategy for India, prioritising top AI‑native startups
  • Build strategic partnerships with leading Indian VCs and create tier‑1 partnership programmes
  • Create compelling startup‑focused offerings, pricing models, and growth initiatives in partnership with accelerators
  • Build and maintain analytics infrastructure, design Hex dashboards, write SQL queries, and use data to drive optimisation
  • Lead cross‑functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Corporate Development
  • Design and execute targeted events such as builder summits, hackathons, and demo days across key Indian tech hubs
  • Partner with accelerators and incubators to identify and engage the next wave of AI builders
  • Build local developer communities around Claude through meetups, workshops, and tailored content
  • Manage VC and ecosystem partner relationships, develop executive communication strategies, and drive stakeholder engagement
  • Stand up operational processes for new partners, including deal registration, reporting, and funding programmes
  • Gather product feedback from the startup community to inform Anthropic’s product roadmap
  • Program manage strategic execution and ensure accountability on key action items and milestones
