Anthropic is looking for a Technical Specialist, Claude Code to drive adoption of our Claude Code product across enterprise accounts. The role involves delivering workshops, building demos, supporting pilots, running hackathons, and partnering with sales and product teams to amplify customer success. You will engage with developers and engineering leaders, create technical content, and act as a trusted technical voice in front of customers.

Requirements

Skills

  • 3–7+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Developer Relations, or Technical Consulting
  • Hands‑on experience building with and using Claude Code, the Claude Developer Platform, and Cowork
  • Ability to deliver technical talks, workshops, and keynotes to engineering audiences
  • Comfortable holding a room of engineers and engaging senior platform engineers on topics such as security, scale, and agent behavior

Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑user excitement inside enterprise accounts
  • Design and deliver customer‑specific enablement programs including workshops, labs, and role‑based curricula
  • Drive deep adoption of proprietary Claude Code capabilities tailored to customer stack, repos, and workflows
  • Support strategic pilots with pre‑sales technical enablement and carry pilot context into post‑sale engagement
  • Run hackathons and builder events, both on‑site and virtual, to create momentum and ship prototypes
  • Build production‑quality demo apps, reference architectures, and code samples on the Claude Developer Platform
  • Create technical content such as tutorials, blog posts, walkthroughs, and internal cookbooks for enterprise developer audiences
  • Deliver keynotes, technical talks, and live‑coded demos at customer events and Anthropic summits
  • Partner across GTM and product teams to sequence engagements and feed field signals back to Product and Engineering
