Anthropic is building a team of Technical Specialists to drive adoption breadth and depth of its Claude Code product across enterprise customers. The role focuses on engaging post‑sale customers, designing enablement programs, deepening adoption of Claude Code capabilities, supporting strategic pilots, running hackathons and builder events, building demos and reference implementations, and serving as the trusted technical voice in front of customers. The position requires a proven customer‑facing technical background, hands‑on experience with Claude products, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate new capabilities into field‑ready content.

Requirements

Skills

  • 3-7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical consulting)
  • Experience building and using Claude Code, Claude Developer Platform, and Cowork as core infrastructure
  • Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-user excitement inside enterprise accounts
  • Design and deliver customer-specific enablement programs – workshops, office hours, labs, role‑based curricula for engineering, data, platform, security, and knowledge‑worker audiences
  • Drive deep adoption of proprietary Claude Code capabilities (subagents, hooks, MCP servers, headless mode, managed settings) tailored to the customer’s stack, repos, and workflows
  • Enable and excite champions and AI Center of Excellence leads within customer organizations
  • Support strategic pilots with pre‑sales technical enablement, partnering with Account Executives, Applied AI, and customer engineering leads
  • Run on‑site and virtual hackathons, design playbooks, prize structures, and post‑event follow‑through
  • Build production‑quality demo apps, reference architectures, and code samples on the Claude Developer Platform, Claude Code, and Claude Enterprise (including Cowork)
  • Create technical content such as tutorials, blog posts, recorded walkthroughs, and internal cookbooks for enterprise developer audiences
  • Deliver keynotes, technical talks, and live‑coded demos at customer all‑hands, internal AI summits, and Anthropic‑hosted builder events
  • Represent Anthropic with customers’ engineering communities and the broader developer ecosystem
  • Partner across GTM and product teams to sequence engagements and feed field insights back to Product and Engineering
