Responsabilidades
- Contribute to the construction and strengthening of the institutional image and reputation through external communication actions
- Develop and implement external communication strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring analytical insight and data-driven decision making
- Maintain constant interface with business units
- Create releases, topic suggestions and institutional notes for higher education institutions
- Analyze brand and competitor clipping, critically reviewing the scenario and opportunities
- Plan, build and execute Brand PR actions
- Produce analytical reports with indicators, results and strategic insights
- Manage relationships with regional and national press
- Plan and execute influencer engagement actions
