- Map the service flow to identify pain points, opportunities and insights
- Create and maintain documents used by service teams (flowcharts, SOPs, FAQs, macros) in collaboration with the knowledge base team
- Conduct ad‑hoc deep dives to monitor specific events or on‑demand requests from other areas
- Establish connections with other teams to understand and support their specific needs
- Generate action plan recommendations and track their implementation
- Monitor CS KPIs to analyze cause and effect related to the work performed
