- Brought partners you do not control (operators, vendors, internal teams) into agreeing on definitions and procedures
- Driven adoption of the framework across sites and vendors
- Experience defining incident metrics and building dashboards and reporting
- Experience leading major incident command and post-incident reviews
Responsibilities
- Build and own the global crisis and incident management program for data center physical security
- Define incident definitions and severity framework with partners
- Secure cross‑functional partner buy‑in and governance
- Create playbooks, training, and exercises to ensure readiness
- Define incident metrics, build dashboards, and own executive reporting cadence
- Ensure vendor and managed‑service consistency to a single standard
- Manage major incident coordination across sites, vendors, and internal teams
- Run post‑incident reviews and drive continuous improvement
- Design and operate a 24/7 coverage model through GSOC‑type services and vendors
