Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in the payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce space.
  • Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine our Lending product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with payment partners to integrate Lending solutions (self-licensed, white-label or co-branding) onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of Lending transactions, from onboarding new customers to resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with our analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to Lending services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Lending solutions.
