Responsibilities
- Co-developing the team roadmap and supporting technical direction.
- Ensuring new team members are onboarded and effectively contributing to the expected level.
- Coaching direct reports through productive feedback, building on strengths and addressing areas of development.
- Helping the team learn, adapt and improve upon agile and lean methodologies, balancing delivery speed and product quality.
- Managing the team’s on-call process and rota, and serving as a point of escalation for incidents.
- Applying Product Led Growth practices to identify, measure and constantly improve the platform through experimentation.
- Participating in hands‑on coding as needed, including code reviews.
