- 3+ years of experience in product marketing
- Experience in mid to enterprise-level B2B SaaS
- Proven track record leading and coordinating initiatives across product and sales & marketing organizations
- Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and messaging from scratch
- Strong structured thinking, able to take ambiguous problems and deliver without constant direction
- Excellent written communication in English and Portuguese
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives
- Comfortable with data, able to interpret metrics, draw conclusions, and use evidence to support positioning decisions
- Digital commerce experience preferred, familiarity with conversational commerce or customer engagement platforms
Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging, build and maintain positioning source of truth, develop differentiated messaging
- Lead go-to-market strategy and product launches, own end-to-end GTM planning, align phased roadmaps, execute launches, enable regional marketing, sales, and growth teams globally
- Define Ideal Customer Profile and drive market intelligence, conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Drive adoption and acquisition, develop programs to move prospects through funnel, accelerate adoption among existing VTEX merchants, manage key stakeholders
- Create sales collateral and enablement materials, produce playbooks, pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, product videos, and website copy
