Responsibilities
- Run scheduling tools, set them up, check output, and decide when a human intervention is needed
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the pod's pipeline and capacity, surfacing bottlenecks and recommending moves
- Own high‑stakes scheduling scenarios—changes, cancellations, and rescheduling decisions—independently while keeping stakeholders informed
- Own the escalation path, flag patterns, and drive resolution with the manager’s support
- Lead projects end to end, from problem definition to adopted solution
- Coordinate coverage across the pod during absences and surges so candidates never feel a gap
- Maintain a high‑touch, warm candidate experience, including recovery when automation fails
