The SpaceXAI Ad Technical Solutions team provides high‑quality technical support to advertisers and internal sales stakeholders, troubleshooting ad setup and performance issues, partnering with engineering, product, sales, and operations teams to resolve problems and drive cross‑functional initiatives.

Requirements

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support, solutions engineering, ad operations, or a similar client‑facing technical role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Terminal, and BigQuery (or similar)
  • Experience using online advertising tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Tealium
  • Previous experience in the advertising technology (AdTech) or social media ecosystem
  • Experience working directly with Engineering, Sales and Product teams on digital advertising products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work 5 days per week from the Dublin office

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, clear, and high‑quality technical support to advertisers and internal sales stakeholders via internal systems
  • Troubleshoot complex ad setup, tracking, and performance issues across the full suite of X Ads products
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues and drive cross‑functional initiatives
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively propose solutions, new tooling, improved processes, and automation opportunities
  • Create clear, helpful documentation, FAQs, and support content to scale the team’s impact
  • Monitor support metrics, campaign performance data, and trends to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and advertiser experience
  • Manage multiple initiatives and projects effectively, delivering measurable results against tight deadlines
  • Relay technical campaign insights and performance data to Sales partners in a clear, business‑friendly manner
