Education

  • Previous experience working at a SaaS company with regular exposure to customer requirements and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately estimate and deliver technical tasks according to sprint goals and business priorities.
  • Develop clean, maintainable, secure code using best practices and established design patterns.
  • Develop/conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure product robustness and usability.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to ongoing design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on sustainable long-term fixes.
  • Engage with Product, QA, and Support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies and actively support BDD, planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate in requirements gathering and refinement sessions with stakeholders.
  • Recommend technical approaches and tools that improve scalability, performance, and supportability.
  • Support production deployments and respond to critical issues with a sense of urgency.
