We're seeking a driven and experienced self-starter Account Executive in Brazil, Sao Paolo, preferably, to spearhead our further expansion across Brazil and South America. As our first dedicated sales hire in Brazil, you'll be instrumental in establishing Tactiq as the go-to solution for mid-corporate and enterprise teams seeking to maximize the value of their meetings. Working hand-in-hand with a ‘playing coach’ Sales Manager, you will also be supported by a Customer Success Manager in your time zone, a sales engineer, and a powerful marketing team to ensure your efforts are converted into success in a controllable way. What You’ll Do: Drive the Full Sales Cycle: From initial contact to closing deals, you'll own the sales process for enterprise and mid-corporate accounts. Identify and Qualify Leads: Leverage multiple outbound channels and prospecting skills to identify key decision-makers and qualify high-potential leads using ICP metrics. Manage Pipeline: Maintain an accurate balanced CRM pipeline. Provide confident data-driven forecasts and iteratively develop key account plans. Conduct Product Demonstrations: Showcase the power of Tactiq through compelling product demos tailored to the specific needs of each prospect. Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and product champions, becoming a trusted advisor on meeting productivity. Close Deals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving ARR and expansion growth for Tactiq in the Brazilian and South American market.
