Responsibilities

  • Define the why, when, and what of products that the engineering team is building.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product ideation to launch.
  • Build product and strategy that reflects Insider's vision.
  • Define release process and coordinate all activities to bring product to market.
  • Manage and prioritize product items, own creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
  • Benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs and requirements, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies.
  • Define and analyze metrics to assess feature or product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver product features.
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in conversational AI channels.
