Estamos em busca de um Analista de Infraestrutura de TI II para atuar em um ambiente corporativo de alta criticidade e performance, focado em operações de rede. O profissional fará parte de um time global altamente qualificado, responsável por monitorar toda a rede da empresa, garantindo estabilidade, segurança e performance para clientes internos, externos e ambientes de datacenter. A posição exige experiência em ambientes NOC, uso diário de Service Now, conhecimento sólido em protocolos de rede, equipamentos de rede e segurança, bem como ambientes cloud (OCI, AWS e Azure). A comunicação técnica em inglês é necessária, além de um perfil analítico, proativo e capaz de atuar sob pressão.

Responsabilidades

  • Act daily on Service Now for incidents and requests related to the Network area
  • Monitor network performance, identifying and addressing critical issues
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex environments involving network protocols and equipment from various manufacturers
  • Collaborate with global teams, requiring technical communication in English
  • Operate and manage environments with L2/L3 equipment, Wi-Fi, Cisco, Fortinet, security resources and proxy
  • Work in OCI, AWS and Azure environments ensuring connectivity, security and integration functionality
  • Open and follow incidents with carriers and suppliers, ensuring resolution within SLA
  • Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement and network infrastructure evolution
