- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, functional leadership or related functions in high-complexity environments

Responsabilidades
- Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives, serving as functional reference for business systems and processes across domains
- Facilitate demand prioritization based on value, supporting decisions on scope, sequencing and trade‑offs aligned to business strategy
- Map and optimize end‑to‑end processes, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives, solution design and operational execution
- Manage the requirements lifecycle, including change control, impact analysis and traceability between initiatives and versions
- Act as a senior key user and functional specialist of the platforms under responsibility, understanding configurations, integrations and operational limitations
- Validate solution designs, functional specifications and acceptance criteria, ensuring adherence to real business needs
- Coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategies, monitoring corrections, validations and functional approvals prior to production
- Mentor junior and mid‑level analysts, disseminating best analysis practices, documentation and system usage
- Support post‑implementation evaluations, promoting lessons learned and continuous improvement of processes and solutions
