Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance
  • Bachelor's degree in other area with strong analytical and mathematics capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of proposals
  • Prepare, compile and submit required tender documentation
  • Prepare the cost model for the commercial opportunity
  • Follow up with other functions to obtain needed information
  • Elaborate the deal budget
  • Handle the CRM and ERP systems
  • Lead proposals for standardized products/spare parts with pre-defined options (flow proposals)
  • Contribute to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices
  • Discuss sales approach with Tender Manager or Commercial Leader
  • Support on the preparation of the business case slides
  • Analyse the commercial data base and prepare required reports
