The project “Fortalecimento e monitoramento das ações de inovação e aperfeiçoamento dos sistemas penal e socioeducativo...” aims to develop innovative methodologies to restore proper functioning of penal and socioeducative systems and support monitoring and enforcement of official interventions, aligned with national and international human rights principles. The role focuses on UX/UI analysis and design to support Eixo 3 of the project, ensuring usability and user experience for systems such as SISTAC, BNMP, CNIEP, CNIUPS. Responsibilities include user-centered research, requirement validation, agile design implementation, backlog management, prototyping, componentization, handoff, and full product cycle participation. The position requires advanced or bachelor level education in design or computer science, relevant experience, and proficiency in UX/UI tools, agile methodologies, and basic front-end technologies. The job is based in Brasília, Brazil, full-time, remote, and offers no listed benefits.

Requisitos

Educação

  • Advanced university degree (Master's) in Design of Interiors, Design Graphics, UX/UI Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in the same fields plus at least 2 years of experience in UX/UI projects
