Requirements

Education

BA/BS/MS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related quantitative field.

Experience

Experience designing and running experiments (A/B testing, causal inference)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
Experience with Databricks (nice to have)
Experience in projects of continuous improvement (nice to have)

Skills

Advanced SQL expertise
Advanced English
Proficiency in Python
Strong knowledge of statistical methods

Leverage Python and SQL to perform in-depth statistical analysis and extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets
Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, integrating Power BI with robust data models, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards
Translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling business narratives
Collaborate with international teams in a global environment, using advanced English communication skills to align strategies and share knowledge across regions
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver predictive insights, advanced statistical analysis, and innovative solutions with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset under tight deadlines
