Eurasia Group is seeking a high-performing sales operations associate in São Paulo. This entry-level sales operations support role includes a wide range of responsibilities, with an emphasis on proactive collaboration, strong communication, and organizational skills to complete tasks for a wide-range of activities supporting our sales activities. The sales operations associate will spend a majority of their time supporting our operations, business development, and analyst teams, reporting to the associate director, with a heavy focus on end-to-end management of conference call logistics and comprehensive administrative and operational support for the sales teams. This includes key responsibilities in account management (with a focus on CRM management and reporting), and responding to time-sensitive, ad hoc sales requests as they arise. We are looking for someone with appropriate project management experience and a positive can-do attitude. Given the varying nature of our business development needs and operations change management at the firm, you will need to be a quick learner, a versatile problem solver, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities include managing conference call logistics, supporting account management efforts across various client services teams, responding to client inquiries, utilizing the cloud-based business intelligence platform to produce regular reports and ad hoc analysis, reporting on client interactions for compliance, directing website inquiries, approving access requests, and handling ad hoc projects. Required skills are strong English communication, professionalism, problem solving, teamwork, confidentiality, discretion, reliability, judgment, a positive can-do attitude, agility, flexibility, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Salesforce.com CRM, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Additional requirements include an undergraduate degree (e.g., bachelor's degree) desired with coursework in business administration or related field, 1-2+ years’ experience in a professional services environment, especially a corporate sales, operations, or events function, experience interfacing with multinational corporations, and a strong interest in international affairs and politics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage conference call logistics, including the generation of client registration and attendance reports, call log maintenance, liaising with speakers to ensure a smooth presentation experience, troubleshooting technical issues, updating the conference call user manual, and providing training to research teams.
  • Support account management efforts across various client services teams including client interaction reporting, contact and account entitlement management in Salesforce, and other recurring account management activities.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize Eurasia Group’s cloud-based business intelligence platform to produce regular reports and ad hoc analysis of research production and consumption, and analyze readership trends in various segments of the client base.
  • Report regularly on interactions with specific clients to ensure compliance with research-related regulations.
  • Direct website inquiries to the appropriate client services teams.
  • Approve requests for access to Eurasia Group content on various research aggregation platforms.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.
