- Provide customer service and ensure the environment and equipment are always clean
- Handle payments, including Drive‑Tudo
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, McFritas, beverages and desserts
- Operate equipment and maintain the restaurant’s quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, chairs, tables and surrounding areas
- Participate in training, integration, and communication sessions (meetings, webinars, courses)
