- Prepare and assemble orders; handle customer service; ensure the environment and equipment remain clean
- Serve customers, generate orders, process payments, including Drive‑Tudo
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, McFritas, beverages and desserts
- Operate equipment and maintain quality standards, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
- Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, chairs, tables, and restaurant surroundings per manual
- Participate in training, integration, communication through meetings, webinars, sessions, and technical courses
