  • Provide customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and managing Drive‑Tudo orders
  • Prepare menu items such as sandwiches, McFritas, drinks, and desserts
  • Operate equipment and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, chairs, tables, and restaurant surroundings
  • Participate in training programs, integration sessions, webinars, and technical courses
