  • Prepare and assemble food orders, including sandwiches, McFritas, drinks, and desserts.
  • Provide customer service, taking orders and processing payments, including Drive‑Tudo.
  • Ensure the restaurant environment and equipment are clean at all times.
  • Operate equipment and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, cleaning, and safety.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, chairs, tables, and surrounding facilities following the operation manual.
  • Participate in training, integration, communication meetings, webinars, participation sessions, and technical courses.
