Responsibilities

  • Help the squad deliver on its goals by working on hands‑on feature development in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborate with engineers (Backend, iOS and Android), engineering manager, product manager, designers and data scientists to find the best solutions.
  • Set up experiments to help Spotify learn and improve.
  • Collaborate with key internal partners and stakeholders to design scalable backend systems and APIs.
  • Participate actively in code reviews to maintain quality and learn best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall Spotify platform within the backend domain.
